Customer Care and Refund Policy

Choc'Lit Designs DOES NOT issue refunds.  And because of the personal nature of our head and hair wear products, our sleep masks and our cloth face mask we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. We try our best to show quality pictures, give detailed descriptions and attempt to show various ways to wear or use our products. Please review items closely before you purchase. 

All products in the Choc'Lit Designs online store are handcrafted,  hand sewn. Because they are not "Massed Produced," time and patience is taken with every single item, giving a quality finished.  Because our products are individually handmade, please understand  there may be slight imperfections or variations among our products. Although we inspect items before thay are shipped, if there is an repair issue with your purchase upon arrival, please contact the store via email and we will fix the problem within one week of receipt.

Health And Safety

Choc'Lit Designs suggest all Head and Hair Wear products and Cloth Face Masks and Sleep Masks be washed before worn.

Choc'Lit Designs Face masks ARE NOT  medical grade masks and if used alone offer minimal barrier. Please add a filter for more protection or use a cover for disposable masks or N95 masks.
